Two issues that are affecting the townhome areas which we will be addressing over the next few months. We welcome your feedback.
Visitor parking is for temporary visitor parking only. Anyone living in a house is not permitted to use a visitor parking space. We are working on several options which include a 4 night limit from Sunday to Sunday for any one vehicle with monitoring and pictures to be taken by the tow company or going back to requiring that any time you have a visitor you must come to the office to pickup a temporary pass good for 4 nights only with a limit on the number of passes that will be issued for a month. Passes would not be issued when the office is closed or we could have the 2pm to 10pm patrol provide a one night only pass but that could require an increase in your monthly assessment. We are also considering starting over with new visitor tags so that everyone knows the rules and starting fresh. We are also possibly going to turn the open unmarked spaces into visitor spaces. The other issue that is getting worse is trash bags being placed on the ground which causes animals to break into them and it is unsightly. We are working with the trash company and may require all trash be in a trash container. No bags will be picked up if left on the ground. We are working hard to improve the overall appearance of the townhomes so that the townhomes are a sought after place to live and getting you top dollar when you decide to sell.
