As our yearly inspections are ending, we would like to thank everyone who complied with the notices. We have several more streets to do and letters will go out accordingly. We inspect yearly and as we are out and about on the property. We inspect what we can see as we drive by homes. Although the process is timely for those who do not comply, we are taking action as necessary including hearings and fines. We have been spending a lot of time on common areas and Southbridge property on main roads such as Wayside Drive and River Heritage. These are entrances into Southbridge, and we want these areas to look the best they can be.
