Good Afternoon,
With the construction on the Potomac Shores Parkway, more and more wildlife is coming within the Southbridge neighborhoods including large amounts of rats. While the Association can be proactive with baiting certain common areas, if trash is consistently left out in bags on the ground, what we do to alleviate this issue will not work as rodents and wildlife will be attracted to the trash. Trash must only be put out the night before trash day and all trash must be in a container. In the coming months the trash company may refuse to pick up trash bags on the ground as this is taking too much time to do trash removal, or they may raise their rates to compensate for the time they spend in Southbridge. Please help in keeping your neighborhood clean.
