This email applies to townhomes only.
Once again there is a huge problem with visitor parking and residents of Southbridge using the visitor hang tag. At no time is a resident of Southbridge permitted to use the visitor hang tag, most townhomes get 2 spaces only and those with a driveway/garage will not have any spaces. Because this has become a serious issue we are working on a couple of options for the Board to consider which will include a limit on the number of nights any same vehicle can be parked in a visitor space.
