Good Morning, (one week to go)
As of this morning we still need 58 proxies. If we do not get a quorum before the meeting or at the meeting, we will have to reschedule the meeting which becomes very costly to the association as all information must resent and legal counsel will get involved. Please turn in your proxy by email or drop it off to the office. You can vote or just turn it in for quorum purposes only. Even if you are coming to the meeting it is good to get the proxy in before the meeting. Thank you for your attention to this matter. The proxy is attached
