Good Afternoon,
If you have not turned in your proxy please do so as soon as possible so we can be assured we will have a quorum this year. Not having a quorum and not having the meeting last year will become costly as we will need to set a new meeting date and send out the information again. The proxy is attached in this email. Please fill it out and email it back or drop it off to the office. We need 99 more to reach quorum. There are 11 $100.00 gift cards to be drawn for those who have turned in their proxy. Even if you are attending the meeting you can turn in the proxy in advance.
