Good Afternoon, I wanted to provide you with some updates of issues within the community. Hope to see you at the SPRING FLING tomorrow.
1. Trash cans are to be out of sight on non -trash days or if out front or the side of your home they need to be enclosed with the white vinyl sections of fencing. We are seeing more and more trash cans kept out front of homes.
3. Please remember to start cutting your grass and pulling weeds. We are going out and doing our inspections of every home. Those addresses with violations will receive a notice.
2. Prince William County Police and Parking Enforcement are spending more time within the community on the public roads (single family home streets) and ticketing and towing vehicles that have any violations to include vehicles parked to close to the corners, commercial vehicles, vehicles with dead tags and inspection stickers and are spending more time on River Ridge Blvd. and Kirby Drive. The townhomes, Mountain Laurel Loop and Locust Creek Drive are checked by Dominion Towing each night and are actively towing.
Please help us in keeping the community clean and avoid getting a violation notice.
