As a point of clarification. If you are already set up on ACH payment or you are paying with another option and are not having issues you are fine. We would like to get more owners on the ACH automatic payment method as those payments are credited to accounts timely. Alot of payments to Arizona with the coupon are not being mailed timely causing the late fee to be applied and the same is happening with owners not going online to pay soon enough. I would like to make it more efficient for owners to pay. The check scanner in the office will no longer be used to scan assessment checks, only misc. checks for the clubhouse rental, etc.

We are here to help getting you set up on ACH or will help you with online payments, as well as signing you up for the pool which you only need to do if you were not signed up on CELLBADGE previous years.
