For the townhomes, Mountain Laurel Loop and Locust Creek Drive, since salt will not work to melt the ice as it refreezes and makes it worse, I have asked for the streets to be sanded which will at least add some traction. I will be on the streets again tomorrow to access what else can be done. Public streets should contact VDOT as they prefer to hear from homeowners.
